Become a member of the Teaching Team
Each year we seek to find the appropriate people to invite to join our Teacher Training Programme.

This programme is intensive and requires a minimum of one year practical as well as theoretical learning. We look for people who have a background in leading and/or working in a group environment, have had some prior experience in the educational or therapeutic environment and demonstrate a natural empathy on a one to one basis. The training is split between ‘off site’ work with Hoffman teachers and mentors and supervisors, as well as ‘on site work’ predominantly pro active as a trainee participating on Processes each month. The training demands a lot of time and energy and there are specific stages in the training where you will be assessed as to whether you should proceed or not.

Post Process Support

Group Facilitation Training
If you’ve completed the Hoffman Process and would like to be involved in leading local ‘self-support groups’ in your area, we are now training people to lead post-process support groups. This is a great opportunity to meet other Hoffman graduates in your area, and keep the Process techniques alive in your life. To qualify to lead a ‘self–support group’ please contact NIgel Lloyd Jones at: nigel@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk to indicate your interest. You will be invited to join a 1-day training in London.

If you are a graduate of Hoffman then do check out our Post Process website for more information: www.hoffmaninstitute.co.uk/support.html

Information Evenings
We welcome your participation in our monthly Information Evenings/ Welcome Homes in London, or Information phone-ins and at our occasional regional events where you can share your experience and learning with others.

Closure Celebration
As a graduate you are also welcome to our monthly or bi-monthly celebration evenings at Process Closures, either in Kent, Sussex, Ireland or Bahrain.
