Actor & Director, Thandie Newton speaks about her experience of the Hoffman Process. 'Hoffman is about a NEW start...'

Thandie feels passionately about the benefits of Hoffman and describes her experience eighteen months after completing the Hoffman Process:
"Hoffman is about a NEW START. This beautifully researched, & ingenious process allows you to discover the painful baggage that has weighed you down & compromised your happiness.
Hoffman guides you into finding that personal, unique pain & successfully, triumphantly supports you into letting it go. The closest thing I can compare it to is giving birth, it's as life changing as that. It's giving birth to your adult self & starting to live with consciousness, awareness & a joy that you never knew was possible."
Thandie delivered a TED talk (The best website for Talks/ Performances and conferences) and spoke about her experience of 'Otherness' especially as a child growing up in 2 distinct cultures.
She describes her journey towards embracing this 'Otherness' & in so doing finds acceptance & understanding for her True Self. This truly inspiring talk will particularly resonate with those of you who have done the Hoffman Process.
Comedian Russell Kane Credits the Hoffman Process
Congratulations to comedian Russell Kane who has won the hugely prestigious 2010 Edinburgh Fringe Award. He had started using some hilarious personal material in his sketches which he attributes to having done the Hoffman Process. "I really worked my tits off this year," he said as he received the award from Al Murray, a winner of the award in 1999. Recently married, Kane thanked his wife, Sadie, and afterwards credited the Hoffman Process, an intensive life-training course, in helping him to overcome his performance nerves and focus his writing into much more autobiographical material. Kane couldn't resist having a dig at a Guardian critic who dislikes his high-energy, wordy performances, saying the process had helped him to remove the "vertiginous verbosity".
