Dear Nikki, | As we move into summer we often become more body conscious. Whether we're planning a beach holiday or just getting outdoors more and wanting to be more active, anything affecting our health and energy becomes top priority. More and more we're understanding how much our mind and emotions adversely affect our physical health and particularly how carrying past 'baggage' can contribute to this.
One way of shifting energy is to get together with a group of friends and party! So come and join us at our Hoffman family summer party at
Florence House in Sussex. It includes a chance to wiggle your hips Zumba dancing, to sumo wrestle or just wrestle with the barbeque - for a
more 'in tents' experience you could even spend the night under canvas!
Read more and book your tickets below.
If you need more than a party to shift your energy levels holistic medical doctor, author and Hoffman Graduate Dr Mark Atkinson is running a series of workshops and seminars this year. These will focus on different
aspects of
wellbeing, as well as regular courses in coaching and mind-body
medicine. Details below.
On a global healing note, Hoffman Graduate Debbie Ford has organised a series of internet and phone gatherings to help mitigate the effects of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. They are based on Collective Intention, Collective Prayer and Collective Action. We wholeheartedly support this initiative. Read more below.
Wishing you a month full of warmth and laughter
Dates for 2010 Processes and Information Evenings are on

It awakened within me a deep passion for personal development and for supporting the evolution of others who are committed to doing whatever it takes to grow in love, awareness and acceptance. What a blessing!"

Summer Party July 31st - August 1st at Florence House
|
Lynn, Serena & Tim | Here's a big date for your diary - our summer parties are famously fun and there's a trio from our earlier May party who'd love to see you! This is also a great opportunity to email your Process friends and come down for a reunion. We'll be gathering from 4pm on Saturday July 31st in the beautiful and spacious grounds of Florence House, East Sussex for fun and frolics. Children (and adults!) can work off excess energy sumo wrestling or jumping for joy in the bouncy castle. There are Zumba dance opportunities if you'd like to learn a
fun way to get your blood circulating to the beat. If that works up a thirst you can sip a chilled drink whilst watching the clouds go by in your favourite corner of the garden or chat with like-minded people round the barbeque. The evening brings opportunities for deepening conversations and renewing friendships around the bonfire.
Families and children are welcome. We'll be winding up at midnight. You can camp in the grounds overnight for a small charge and breakfast is also available. There is limited overnight accommodation in Florence house which is booked on a first come, first served basis. Camper vans are an option and we've seen some seriously swish tents in past years that brought a whole new perspective to 'glamping'! Please contact Florence House directly to book camping or rooms on: 01323 873700 or email: info@florencehouse.co.ukThe barbeque and buffet is available including drinks from 6-7pm. Please book your tickets on the link below or call the office on: 01903 88 99 90. |

Serena Laurence |
Is the Hoffman Process for you?

These are really lively with callers' questions and interesting input from previous Process participants and Hoffman Teachers. Call from wherever you are in the world and join International and UK Hoffman Director Serena Laurence from 7.30-8.30pm UTC/GMT for our July 6th Information phone-in. You can just listen or if you have a question, we'll be delighted to help. We'll cover topics such as:
- How can you tell if the Process is right for you?
- What changes can you expect following the course?
- How do you continue the benefits of the Process once it's over?
- What are the long-term benefits?

Matthew Pruen |

"After all I've done for you..."
"This is a house not a hotel"
What did you promise you would never say, yet now parenthood is here, you sound just like your parents. Many of you will have identified patterns on your Process that you don't want to pass on and yet in the heat of the moment some may still return - and nobody knows which buttons to press better than our children!
This month's support call is focused on what buttons are still working and how to release the charge, how you'd like to redefine family roles and relationships and how you can improve communication between you and your children.
Led by Matthew Pruen, these calls are ideal when you
finish your Post Process Support
Groups and want to reconnect to the
Process tools. We also welcome
Hoffman Graduates who've been
