Reconnection Day 3 Day Refresher (Q2)

Ireland Processes
All Processes are a week-long starting on a Saturday and finishing the following Friday. Registration on Saturday is between 9-9.30 a.m. You are advised to take the weekend following the Process as a quiet 'retreat' time. You are welcome to come to the Process site the Friday evening prior to the Process and at some sites staying the weekend following is usually possible for an extra charge.

If you would like more information or to book a place on the Hoffman Process, please call the office to talk to our enrolment team to ensure that the Process is right for you. T: 01 820 44 22

Information Evenings

Information Evenings / Welcome Home are held on the Tuesday after each Process from 7.30pm - 9.30 pm. They offer a wonderful opportunity to find out more about the Process, meet Hoffman staff and teachers and hear course participants speak about their experience and answer your questions. These evenings are free and there is no need to book.

Who Can Come? Whether you come on your own, or with friends or family, you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome. You can just browse the information on display and listen or, if you have questions, there will be plenty of time for them to be answered.

We'd also love to see people who have done the Process, who would like to meet up and share their experiences.

Introduction Day - 1 Day Workshop
An Introduction Day will give you an insight into the Hoffman Process, and an understanding of how it can help you get the most out of your life. It’s also a very informative 'stand alone' workshop for people who are curious to learn more about what the Hoffman Process offers, without committing to the course itself. This can be especially useful if your partner or a member of your family has done the Process as it’ll enable you to find out more about, and to understand, what they’ve experienced.

More extensive than an Information Evening, the day offers an opportunity to find out more about the premises on which the Process is based, experience some of the methods used, engage with some practical tools and gain more insight into both the positive and negative aspects of your life.

The Hoffman Process explores the relationship between the 4 aspects of ourselves: the intellect, the emotional self, the body and the spirit and you will, as a result of this interactive day, have a stronger sense of how to better maintain harmony between them. You’ll also have a fuller understanding of how you’d be able to incorporate the outcomes of the course into your life, should you decide to do it.

If you’re a Hoffman graduate this event is a way to introduce friends, family or colleagues to the Hoffman Process. They would need to book their place but you can come along to support them for free. If you haven’t done the Process, the Introduction Day fee is refundable if you go on to do the Process within 12 months. If you have questions or you'd prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please email Jeremy Kynaston or call him on 01 820 4422
