The Hoffman Process takes place in retreat venues across the UK and abroad. Courses are residential and run from Friday 9am to the following Friday 2pm. Please check the Calendar for dates.

Florence House in Seaford, East Sussex, has accommodation and living space for approximately 24 participants, plus teachers. The house is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has views of Seaford Head, the golf course and the sea.

Information Evenings
Information Evenings / Welcome Home are held on the Tuesday after each Process month from 7.30 - 9.30 pm and are an opportunity to discuss any issues arising from the Process just completed with previous participants. These evenings are free and there is no need to book.
