The Hoffman Process is held at regular intervals throughout the year, in Ireland, the UK and Bahrain. The courses are residential and run from Friday 9am to the following Friday at 2pm. We do recommend that you take the weekend following the Process as a further time of retreat. Our venues are often in areas of outstanding natural beauty, giving plenty of scope for rest and relaxation.

The price of the course varies slightly from country to country.

Information Evenings
If you want more information about the course and its techniques we recommend that you attend one of our quarterly Information Evenings or to join in one of our occasional Information Evening phone-ins.

Information evenings are held at the end of each Process month. They begin at 7.30pm and finish at 9.30 pm. They are a wonderful opportunity to find out more about the course, meet Hoffman staff and teachers and hear participants speak about their experience.

Dublin Information Evenings are held at The Harcourt Hotel, Harcourt Street, Dublin. Click here for a map. The evening is free of charge and there is no need to book.
